At Melange Creperie we want to reflect the city of Houston and our region of Gulf Texas in all our dishes. In the past 11 years of making crepes and goodies for y'all, we have had over 900 different specials!

Our crepes are simple and elegant. You can order either a crepe filled with either a “mélange a Deux” (two ingredients) or “mélange a Trois” (three). Crepes are filled with both sweet and savory ingredients and are perfect for a meal on the go, post-workout pick-me-up, or decadent dessert.

We feature a rotating weekly menu as well as classics that are always available such as ham, egg, and cheese or banana and Nutella. Or create your own! We feature seasonal, fresh, made-to-order food at an affordable price; we aim to feature as many local ingredients as possible.


 
 

MEET SEAN

Melange Creperie WAS a street cart featuring french crepes operated by “Buffalo” Sean Carroll with help from his wife, Tish Ochoa. Now we have a restaurant at 711 Heights! Inspired by their honeymoon to Paris and the amazing crepes on every corner, Sean decided to bring the idea home.
